| if your buying a TT for 1750 and you can't test something out, presume it's a worst case. If you are short on cash it's going to be a nightmare. Even if you're wrong and the turbo's are fine, there will be something else wrong, or a cascade of wrong things that you only find one after you fix the previous and that sort of thing get's super expensive really quick. We've all been there with these cars. It sounds like you are wanting to buy this to swap into your NA? if that's the case than your best (and most budget frendly) bet is to just buy a solid running factory TT.
